(Agile) Project Manager
ESINCOR is a consultancy firm which specialises in Project management (traditional and Agile). Our team consists of a select group of passionate and driven Project Managers and Agile specialists.
Due to the further growth in activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic (Agile) Project Manager to further strengthen our team.
As a Project Manager
- You facilitate your project team in finding and delivering the right solution for the needs of your client
- You keep track of your client’s goals and all stakeholders and make sure that costs, scope and time are being monitored
- You thrive in changing circumstances
- You communicate clearly and convincingly with the stakeholders of your project and with the specialists in your team
- Your style is based on commitment, conviction, respect and the understanding that every project is synergy
- Performance and fun go hand in hand in your projects: you are a real team builder and player
You have a least
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of at least one modern project management methodology (preferably with associated certification)
- Experience working in an Agile environment is an advantage
- A bachelor’s degree
