Challenge

Due to the tight labor market, the (over)load of the existing workforce and temporary consultancy, companies face a challenge. There is insufficient capacity of skilled project managers. As a result, projects often don't start on time, they can fail and the existing workforce is overloaded.

The approach

During 12 months ESINCOR prepares trainees by means of: formal training, practice-oriented workshops, coaching, internships, frequent learning and evaluation sessions and your practical assignment. After 12 months, the trainee will be employed by you.

What's in it for you?

The trainee program gives you the opportunity to expand your project management capabilities with trained project managers. You will be unburdened with regard to recruitment and selection, training and coaching, and the risk of a "misfit".

Acquisition

You take over the trainees after completing the trainee program (if desired), which is of course one of the objectives of the program.

Scalable

The program is scalable according to need with a one-off or (semi-)annual start-up.

Fixed fee

You pay an attractive fixed fee: including training, certifications, internship, coaching by an experienced ESINCOR colleague, all personnel costs.
