The world of practice and theory go hand in hand. Which is why ESINCOR offers traineeships, with a short period of training and practical workshops at the start of the adventure before your dive into the world of active project management.
You will get to experience in practice how your talented colleagues complete projects and you’ll get to work on your own assignment, under the guidance of a personal mentor. Together with your fellow trainees, you frequently participate in return days to share each other’s experiences to continue the learning curve.
The program consists of intensive training, workshops, an internship, a long-term assignment and follow-up days.
